Recipe - Milkshake

Just for something a little different, our Nutrition Champion (Kerry) has come up with a very easy milkshake for you all to enjoy this week. Give it a go!

Milkshake

200ml fortified or full fat milk.

1 scoop vanilla ice cream.

Crusha Syrup – 1 teaspoon or to your taste. Any flavour you like!

Method

Liquidise until smooth. Simple!
