Recipe - Iced Coffee
Our smoothie of the week is not actually a smoothie. It’s not particularly seasonal either. You would imagine that anything which includes ice in any way would be best suited to summer. But our Nutrition Champion Kerry assures us that iced coffee is delicious at any time of the year and that this particular recipe is packed full of calories and protein too. So it’s a good little treat if you are off your food.
Iced Coffee
200ml fortified milk (or whole milk)
3 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 scoop ice cream
Simply liquidise until smooth and there you have it!
