Yogurt & Berry Smoothie
This is a lovely smoothie for the summer and autumn months – nice and refreshing. It is also full of goodness and a good source of nutrients if you are finding solid food difficult to digest.
Small pot of full fat Greek yogurt
Handful of frozen mixed berries
Small banana
150ml of fortified milk
Method:
Liquidise until smooth.
